James started playing ultimate aged 16 in 2009, and in that time has played 3 years of GB juniors, 2 under 23s championships (GB Open) and the most recent GB Open cycle at Europeans in Copenhagen winning gold and Worlds in London last year. James has coached at junior, university and senior level.
Currently playing for Clapham, James graduated with a Masters in Strength & Conditioning, has worked for Huddersfield Giants super league rugby and is currently an S&C coach for the Great Britain rowing team with the English Institute of sport.
