Take a look through the theory and drills from Dylan Freechild.

Dylan Freechild started playing ultimate in 2005, and won a gold medal at the WJUCs in Heilbronn with the under-20 national team in 2010. Freechild continued his success at the University of Oregon where he made first team All-Region in the Northwest all five years, winning player of the year three times and leading Ego to four semifinal appearances. In his final season, Oregon broke through to the finals earning silver at the 2016 USAU College Championships. Dylan has captained Rhino, the Portland based club team, the last two seasons. Rhino reached the USAU Club Championships both those years and, last year, won their first Regional Championship since 1993. Dylan was a key player on the defensive line for Team USA’s gold-winning run at WUGC 2016. Here's his Callahan video.
