Throwing Fundamentals
Build a reliable, consistent throwing technique from the ground up.
This course focuses on the fundamentals of throwing in ultimate frisbee — breaking down backhand, forehand, and throwing shapes into simple, repeatable mechanics that you can apply immediately.
If your throws wobble, lack control, or feel inconsistent, this course will help you fix the underlying mechanics and build confidence with the disc.
Watch: how to fix your throwing mechanics
