Surely the easiest way to beat a zone is to go straight over the top? Easy in principle perhaps, but the throws are often difficult to execute, particularly if there's wind and/or rain. Here, we examine the do's and do not's of using over heads to beat a zone.

In the same vein as throwing a huck to win the point rather than working a disc gradually up the pitch, an over head against a zone is often higher risk with higher reward.
