Discs aren't balls; they can be manipulated to curve throughout their flight. You'll see lots of our diagrams show a curving flight, and reference to "inside" or "outside" used, but how is it done and what do these terms mean?

What does “inside out” mean? Typically, any disc that doesn’t fly completely flat either curves “inside out” or “outside in”.
