Why this course exists

Most Ultimate players know drills. Very few know how to run a session.

Coaches often rely on guesswork — choosing drills without a clear structure, struggling to explain concepts, or unsure what to prioritise.

This course gives you a clear framework for coaching: what to teach, when to teach it, and how to deliver sessions that actually improve players.

What you’ll be able to do after this course

Before

  • Unsure what to teach in sessions
  • Relying on random drills
  • Struggling to explain concepts clearly
  • Inconsistent session quality

After

  • Plan structured, effective sessions
  • Teach fundamentals with clarity
  • Use drills with clear purpose
  • Run sessions players actually improve from

What makes this different from the Flik library?

The Flik library gives you access to hundreds of drills, articles, and videos.

This course organises the most important concepts into a structured pathway — so you can apply them, not just read them.

It’s the difference between having resources… and knowing how to use them effectively.

“Flik’s Level 1 Coaching Course helped me regain the ability to include new people without compromising the quality of training. There were many tips on how to give instructions and feedback without overwhelming or frustrating players which has resulted in higher attendance at new training sessions, and new players feel more included.”

— Maria Al Homsi, Coach, Rwanda Flying Disc Federation
