I think the course lessons are excellent for coaches of new teams and for experienced coaches to refresh their knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals and vision needed to teach Ultimate. It was a very enriching experience, mainly to keep in mind how to best teach and motivate players, what key points to consider when giving feedback, and good habits to constantly improve my abilities as a coach.
