Hot Seat by Caroline Ma

A competitive game to encourage pressure on the mark and throwers dealing with that pressure to complete their throws.
Setup:
All participants form two lines opposite each other. In these lines, participants stand behind each other, being sure to give the person at the front of the line room to pivot and throw. The participant at the front of line A is the first thrower. The front of line B is the first receiver. A defender C applies a straight up force to A.
Rotation:
B > A > C > back of line

In principal, allow receivers to take one step or a jump to make a catch though your discretion may be required for what is considered a completion or not.
This can be very brutal for the first few people eliminated - smaller groups could be a way to mitigate this.
