Image of Attacking the field through throws
  • Select 4-5 players to play defence.
  • Offence cannot move and must complete 10 passes
  • Every turnover results in one offence player joining the defence

Pre-Requisite Drills:

None

Tips:

  • Brett Matzuka says:

Challenge yourself; this is a great opportunity to throw something you might not normally throw in a game.

Be sure to pivot and fake to move those defenders around

Remember the PARTV of throwing; Pivot, Arsenal, Release, Trajectory & Velocity. Work on all five, improving day to day.
