Jonathan Goose Helton is a two-time AUDL MVP, Certified Functional Strength Coach, and Co-Founder of Functional Performance Training, LLC. Goose has played Ultimate at every level of the sport, from pickup to Professional since 2003. He has won the Individual Spirit of the Game award, three AUDL All-League awards, two AUDL All-Midwest awards, and two AUDL MVPs awards. In 2015 he won Gold at the WUBC in Dubai in both competition and spirit, tied for 3rd at the USAU National Championships with Chicago Machine, and he was named to the Ultiworld 1st Club Team, not to mention winning a gold medal at WUGC 2016 with Team USA. As a coach, Goose has led the Chicago CUT Camp Conditioning sessions from 2012-2016, seeing over 400 young athletes. He was a head coach at Neuqua Valley High School and Wheaton College in 2011 & 2012. He has led clinics in New York, Illinois, California, and the Philippines. He has been fitness captain for Chicago Wildfire, Chicago Machine, and 2015 Beach Team USA.
