Running mechanics - Improvements in speed and efficiency whilst improving biomechanics to reduce the risk of injury.
Cue
This reinforces the important dragging motion practiced in the A-skip and B-skip. Start slowly and gradually increase your speed. Avoid the temptation to lean backwards. As your foot contacts the ground, finish with that same backwards dragging motion. Squeeze the glutes and hamstrings as you pull back.
