Complete with a full range of motion, chin up above the bar and fully extended elbows at the bottom of the movement. Keep body completely straight, perpendicular to the floor; try pointing your toes if you struggle with this.
If you lack the strength to complete a chin up, you can use resistance bands wrapped around the bar and your feet to help you.
