Pricing : Group pricing

What is group pricing?

Subscriptions are available for organisations and groups. These are different to team subscriptions, and are geared towards organisations that might have multiple coaches across multiple teams who want to be able to quickly provide coaching support via a dashboard and pay using a single, easy billing method.

Get started by contacting us, and we’ll set up a subscription package to match your needs.

If you want to create your own custom content to share with players, then you will want to check out our team management option.

How does it work?

  1. Contact us to let us know about your organisation and how Flik will help
  2. We will create a subscription link for you based on the number of coaches you need access for
  3. When your payment is complete, an organisation group will be created for you. You’ll be able to change the name of the group once it’s been set up.
  4. You’ll be the group administrator, so it is important that you let us know who you want to be the group administrator. The payment can be made by anyone.
  5. You can distribute a link which allows people to join your group and gain instant access to all Flik resources. The group administrator can remove access at any time, and has to approve membership requests, so you will always have full control.
  6. Send the group’s unique link to your team members so that they can apply to share your subscription. They will first need to have registered with Flik.

Get started

Get started by contacting us to discuss your needs. Let us know a bit about your organisation and what you do, how many coaches you need access for and where in the world you’re based, and we’ll tell you how to set up a monthly or annual subscription; whichever works best for you. We offer scaled pricing for certain countries, so its best to just reach out and ask.

How do I cancel?

As group manager, you will be responsible for the group subscription. If you want to transfer this responsibility to someone else, you’ll need to cancel the subscription and wait until it expires, at which point someone else can take over.
