Set up with all 7 defense players in a cup zone with mark, break, center, alley, open side wing, break side wing and deep. Offence sets up with 3 handlers, 2 poppers and 2 wings. After any turn overs, offence can not start until defence has fully set up their positions.

Offence > Defence.

  • All movements and throws are allowed.
  • The deep’s job is to deter deep throws.

  • Jodie Palmer says:

When the disc turns over, have the offence start from a static set up once the defence has set up their zone.

Players can play multiple possessions in the same position or get experience in all the available positions. Both approaches are beneficial.

Rather than pulling every time, try setting up in certain positions, like trapped on the sideline. This gives your offence more reps in the most difficult position. If the offence break through the zone, you can reset the point again on the sideline
