Tips:
1) Throw a curved pass; this means that the disc will be to one side of the receiver during their cut, enabling them to read it easily. Elite level teams are increasingly using this option as it requires less space to make the throw, making it ideal for use against poaching defences.
2) Alternatively, throw a straight, flat throw that quickly gets in front of the receiver and slows down; this enables the receiver to see the disc and chase it down, as in the clip
