Setup:

Player A has the disc.
Player B sets up 10m away as a receiver
Defenders D1, D2, D3 form a wall between A and B

Rotation:

A>B>D1>D2>D3

Tips:

  • Annie Glasspool says:

    Remind players of the double team rule. In this case defenders must remain at least 3m from player A.

    Rather than simply telling players it's important for the cup to play as a unit, this is an opportunity for them to discover what that means.
