Setup:

A handler, A, starts with the disc near the sideline. A reset handler, B, stands perpendicular to A in the middle of the width of the field. A third handler, C, stands on the far sideline level with A and B. All remaining players start in a stack, with the front player, E, no further than 10m from the disc, and the stack angled away from the disc.

Rotation:

A > B > C > E > F > G > H

Tips:

  • Brummie says:

At all times, the stack aims to be angled so that the thrower can see lanes either side of the stack.

Repeat for a few reps, then switch players around so that everyone gets practiced in all positions; bear in mind that the front of stack has to run further than the back of stack.
