Setup:

D1 begins in a 5m box of cones.
Player X holds the disc ouside the box.
Remaining players (cutters A, B, C …) form stacks on two corner cones opposite player X.
For large numbers split into groups of between 7 and 12 players

Rotation:

A>B>C>D1>X

Tips:

  • Annie Glasspool says:

    Inexperienced players will automatically face their cutters in order to manage this drill. That is not problem at this stage, and can be helpful if translating the drill to playing mullet. Further drills will work on body position.

    The difficulty of the drill can be increased by having cutters follow in quicker succession - beginning before the previous cutter has quite left.
