Handler Return Move by Brummie
A dynamic method of moving the disc off the pull that utilises a give and go
Start with two offensive handlers, A and B lined up on the endzone line. Two defenders – D1 and D2 – should line up opposite them level with the halfway line.
A > B > D1 > D2
- Begin with a pull
Brummie says:If the pull comes in low and fast, then the return pass might be completely uncontested anyway; if this happens, aim to maximise the yardage gain on the first pass
Likewise, if the pull hangs then there might not be chance to throw the first pass. If this happens, go straight to Step 3
