Pitch: 30m x 24m x 8m.
On right side of line, receivers are only allowed run away from thrower (towards endzone).
On left side of line, receivers are only allowed run towards thrower or across to other side.

As with any game, after a score play stops and teams change ends.

  • Play a game as normal with centre line rule.

Pre-Requisite Drills:

  • Dominick Smyth says:

Spend time forcing the throwers towards the right and left side of the pitch.

Receivers and throwers should take note of increased difficulty when being forced towards right side of pitch as disc will be coming over their head on a long throw.

When defender isn't given instruction, receivers should look to identify which side of pitch is best side to run long.
