Setup:

A handler, A, starts with the disc near the middle of the field, marked by D1 who applies a one-way mark. An upfield reset, B, stands 3-5m upfield of A, guarded by D2 who stands between A and B on the open side. A cutter, C, stands 5-10m upfield of B in the middle of the field.

Rotation:

A > D1 > B > D2

  • Set up
  • B cuts laterally to open side; it is important that D2 stays on the open side here, preventing A from throwing to B

Tips:

  • Brummie says:

Cut like you mean it! This "bounce" move is a result of being tightly covered by the defence. In a game scenario, A would be able to throw to B's first cut if they were open.
