A handler, A, starts with the disc around 10m in from a sideline. A defender, D1, applies a straight up mark. A cutter, B, starts in a central position. B is guarded by D2, who starts behind B.


A > D1 > B > D2

    D2 is the player who is in position to actually prevent the return pass. As such, they should be the one who calls the switch.
