Setup:

A handler, A, starts with the disc in the middle of the width of the field, marked by D1. A cutter, B, starts 5-10m downfield of A.

Rotation:

D1 > A > B

  • Brummie says:

    Move the marker by faking the around break first; this also helps to communicate to B when they should turn

    You can throw a variety of passes here; some teams favour a push pass and an aggressive forwards pivot, others prefer to step away from the mark and throw a curved pass shown here. Experiment with different options.
