Setup:

A thrower, A, starts with the disc. Two receivers, B and c, start 5-10m away from A.

Rotation:

Thrower > Receiver > Receiver

Step 1

  • A throws to B and C.
  • B and C compete to catch the disc, without making contact.
  • Change thrower after each throw.

Tips:

    As this is a catching competition, the thrower should look to make soft, easily catchable throws. Majority of throws will be above receivers heads though some may be in front or beyond receivers.

    Receivers should pay careful attention to ultimate's non-contact rule.
