Started playing competitively in 2000. Started playing club in Canada in 2005 and on Team Canada Women U19 (2nd, 2006), U23 (4th, 2010, cpt), WUGC (3rd, 2012 & 3rd 2016). In 2015, played and co-captained and co-coached GB Women. Has also competed at USA Ultimate Nationals with Capitals on five occasions. Since 2010, have been playing club in Europe with a number of clubs, winning EUCF, Danish Nationals, Swiss Nationals, UK Nationals, Windmill, Tom's Tourney, Paganello, Bubblepest, etc.

Managed, coached and played on the University of Ottawa women's for 5yrs. Have coached in Denmark, UK, Spain and continue to be involved in developing elite women's ultimate in each community end up.

A pattern to get defenders accustomed to ‘pushing’/’dictating’ the open lane cutter in the open/under side. It is all about hip movement and fighting to get that first dictating step in the change of direction.
