Setup:

A handler, A, starts near the sideline, marked by D1 who applies a trap force, and a reset, B, starts 5-10m infield, guarded by D2 who starts several metres closer to the disc.

Rotation:

A > D1 > B > D2

Tips:

  • Brummie says:

When cutting as B in this drill, you can succeed by either beating D2 with speed (i.e. just run straight past them), by getting them to backpedal and give up position towards one option (i.e. they move their body to block one, and you take the other), or by using footwork to get them to turn their hips, enabling you to get behind them and get enough separation to get open.
