Straight Away Throw to Diagonal Cut (FM) by Brummie

3+
This throw is more difficult than it looks; throw early as the most often mistake is that the disc hangs too long
Setup:
A handler, A, starts with the disc on the sideline, marked by D1. A cutter, B, starts 5-15m downfield and 5-10m infield from B.
Rotation:
D1 > A > B
Step 1

- A throws straight away as B cuts diagonally to intercept it
Pre-Requisite Drills:
Tips:
Brummie says:
Throw a straight, flat throw that quickly gets in front of the receiver and slows down; this enables the receiver to see the disc and chase it down
