Setup:

A handler, A, starts with the disc near the sideline, marked by D1 who applies a trap mark. A reset, B, stands 5-8m away, perpendicular to the sideline, guarded by D2. An optional third handler, C, stands 10m further wide of B.

Rotation:

D1 > A > D2 > B > C

Step 1

  • A should begin by facing downfield
  • B begins facing A
  • A initiates the play by turning to face B
  • B then makes a short cut directly towards their own endzone, and A throws the disc in their path
