Setup:

Begin with the disc near one sideline with a handler, A, marked by D1, and a cutter B in a central position downfield, marked by D2. Another continuation cutter, C, is positioned further downfield.

Rotation:

A > D1 > B > D2 > C

Tips:

  • Brummie says:

    The most important thing for A to focus on is that their throw to B is smooth and effective; a frequent cause of turnovers in this scenario is A rushing their release. A should only run after they have released the disc.
