Setup:

Mark out a square large enough to fit all players. Objective is to keep possession, completing as many passes as possible.

Rotation:

Offence > Defence

Step 1

  • Objective is to keep the disc as long as possible in an effort to complete 100 total passes.
  • Each team keeps a running score after a turn over and adds to it after they regain possession.

Tips:

  • Dominick Smyth says:

    Initial temptation may be to get close to the thrower and look for short passes. This will draw defenders to the thrower meaning a better tactic may be to spread out allowing the thrower to throw longer passes.

    An optional progression, as participants develop, is to delete 10 from a team's score if they turn over.
