Tips & What next?
Mark out a square large enough to fit all players. Objective is to keep possession, completing as many passes as possible.
Offence > Defence
- Objective is to keep the disc as long as possible in an effort to complete 100 total passes.
- Each team keeps a running score after a turn over and adds to it after they regain possession.
Dominick Smyth says:
Initial temptation may be to get close to the thrower and look for short passes. This will draw defenders to the thrower meaning a better tactic may be to spread out allowing the thrower to throw longer passes.
An optional progression, as participants develop, is to delete 10 from a team's score if they turn over.
