Setup:

A handler, A, starts with the disc around 10m in from a sideline. A defender, D1, applies a straight up mark. A cutter, B, starts in a central position. B is guarded by D2, who starts behind B.

Rotation:

A > D1 > B > D2

Tips:

  • Brummie says:

    The most important thing for A to focus on is that their throw to B is smooth and effective; a frequent cause of turnovers in this scenario is A rushing their release. A should only run after they have released the disc.
