Catching is important. Don't wait for the disc to come to you; attack each one. Don't worry if you drop a few. Use your closest hand, and get two hands on if you can. Challenge yourself.
Remember to stop, pivot and fake; this is "finishing the drill" and makes your catching & throwing more game-like
